The NAL is wheelchair accessible and it can be rented for use at Information Desk.

Also on the 1st floor, vocal supporting program, Braille transcribing program, Braille printer are installed for visually handicapped and weak sighted people, while exclusive desks for data reading and searching for those with disabilities are prepared in order to facilitate the disabled and elderly citizens using the library.
